Add https://www.googletagmanager.com to script-src and https://www.google-analytics.com, https://analytics.google.com, https://www.googletagmanager.com to connect-src so that the GA gtag script set via jekyll google_analytics config loads without CSP violations.

Problem
The Google Analytics gtag script (
https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js) was blocked by the Content Security Policy becausewww.googletagmanager.comwas not listed inscript-src.Additionally, GA's network requests to
google-analytics.comandanalytics.google.comwere blocked byconnect-src.Fix
Updated the CSP meta tag in
src/_includes/head/custom.html:script-src: addedhttps://www.googletagmanager.comconnect-src: addedhttps://www.google-analytics.com,https://analytics.google.com,https://www.googletagmanager.com
